Frequently asked questions
What does talentzip cost?
CHF 49 excl. VAT per application link, paid once. The link accepts applications for 60 days. There is no subscription and no base fee.
Do I need a subscription?
No. You only pay when you advertise a position. Your account costs nothing, even if you are not hiring for months.
Where is the data stored?
In Switzerland. talentzip is developed and run in Switzerland, and application documents are stored on servers in Switzerland.
How long are applications kept?
At most 12 months from when the application arrives. After that they are deleted automatically. You can also delete them earlier yourself.
Can candidates apply from their phone?
Yes. The application form works on a phone just as on a computer, and the CV and other documents are uploaded as PDFs. Candidates do not need an account.
How is talentzip different from a full applicant tracking system?
A full system costs an annual subscription, even in months without an open position. talentzip is made for organisations that hire only occasionally: you pay per position, are ready in minutes, and still have every application in one place, with interview rounds, rejection letters and data protection.
